Refund policy
If your device does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, the device is no longer eligible for a refund unless it has a functional issue.
Functional issues are covered for 90 days after receipt and qualify for a free return and full refund.
If you have purchased an additional warranty through OnPoint, please refer to their Warranty Information for extended coverage.
All products must be returned in the same condition they were received in.
Devices that have been tampered with or are not in the same condition may not be eligible for return.
We use inventory management software to record the IMEI and serial numbers of all purchases.
Returned products are verified upon receipt to confirm they match original purchase records.
Any product that does not match the recorded IMEI or serial number will not be eligible for return.
*If you have purchased a device from us on another marketplace, please reach out to us from within that marketplace or open a return request within the marketplace from which you purchased the product. We will happily assist you there.
